Responsibility
- Post and update job openings on internal portals, job boards, and social media platforms to maximize visibility and attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify top talent matching role requirements and company culture.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews (phone/email) to assess qualifications, experience, and fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to align on role expectations, timelines, and candidate shortlists.
- Manage candidate communications, including offer letters, feedback, and onboarding documentation.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing career fairs, campus recruitment drives, and employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ATS tools (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for talent acquisition and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
