Responsibility
- Collaborate with UK and local teams to identify learning and development needs and design tailored training programs.
- Develop and curate engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and training manuals.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, both virtual and in-person, ensuring high participant engagement and satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs using metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools to track training progress and compliance.
- Support the onboarding process by creating and delivering orientation programs for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in L&D to ensure our programs remain innovative and competitive.
- Partner with HR and department leaders to align L&D initiatives with organizational goals and employee career development.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or a similar role.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone, or Articulate 360).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with UK L&D practices or experience working in a global environment is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
