Responsibility
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates using job boards, social media, Boolean searches, and networking.
- Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs across multiple industries.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and career motivations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and refine job descriptions for maximum appeal.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-hire metrics.
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to offer stage, ensuring professionalism and transparency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify emerging talent pools.
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing by documenting best practices and sourcing innovations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition (1-3+ years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while meeting KPIs.
- Familiarity with SEA job markets (Indonesia, Singapore, etc.) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Passion for building relationships and a track record of success in high-volume sourcing.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
