Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing staff.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in HR databases.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Coordinate employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management, and other welfare programs.
- Support HR compliance by ensuring adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or general affairs, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., SAP, BambooHR, or similar).
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
