Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation systems, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals, feedback systems, and career development programs.
- Streamline administrative operations, including office management, vendor relations, and facility coordination.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee relations, conflict resolution, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Ensure legal compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, health & safety standards, and employment contracts.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR policies with organizational growth and change management strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Masterâs degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and experience working in Southeast Asia is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-informed HR decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
