Responsibility
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help organize employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and wellness programs.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation for management review.
- Provide administrative support for payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Conduct research on HR trends, policies, and compliance to support departmental improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of HR principles, labor laws, or recruitment processes is a plus.
- Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to confidentiality and data integrity.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
