Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates with a focus on Mandarin-speaking professionals for various roles within Dharma Group.
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Indonesia and international markets.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, salary benchmarks, and candidate profiles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Leverage HR management systems and ATS tools to track applicant data, generate reports, and optimize hiring processes.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary expectations, and competitor hiring practices.
- Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Promote Dharma Groupâs employer brand through social media, job fairs, and networking events.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English; additional Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in a multicultural environment.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for diverse roles, with experience in international recruitment being advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR software, ATS (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
