Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with local and international labor laws.
- Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive salary structures.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in compensation and benefits management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
