Responsibility
- Design and develop comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to the needs of various departments and employee levels.
- Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless delivery of training content and tracking of employee progress.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify skill gaps and create targeted training initiatives to address them.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars, utilizing both in-person and virtual platforms.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making data-driven improvements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance our training offerings.
- Develop and maintain a repository of training materials, resources, and tools to support ongoing employee development.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Strong familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovative training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
