This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization while navigating the complexities of foreign labor regulations in Indonesia.

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of foreign worker permits, visas, and work authorizations, ensuring full adherence to local and national laws. Your expertise will be critical in streamlining onboarding procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, and fostering strong relationships with government agencies and internal stakeholders. Based in one of Bali’s vibrant hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll work in a collaborative environment that values precision, efficiency, and cultural sensitivity.

If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for HR compliance and international workforce management, we invite you to apply and help shape the future of our diverse and inclusive team.

Responsibility

  • Manage and process foreign worker permits, visas, and work passes in compliance with Indonesian immigration laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the onboarding of international employees, ensuring all legal and administrative requirements are met.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all foreign worker documentation, including contracts, permits, and renewals.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with local labor and immigration laws.
  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams to address any issues or discrepancies related to foreign worker employment.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on foreign worker recruitment, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
  • Monitor changes in immigration laws and regulations, and proactively adjust processes to maintain compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in foreign worker management, immigration compliance, or a similar HR role, preferably in Indonesia.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian immigration laws, work permit regulations, and labor compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in processing visas, work permits (KITAS, IMTA), and other immigration-related documents.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with government officials and internal stakeholders.
