Responsibility
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, events, and wellness programs.
- Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
- Assist in training and development programs, including coordination and feedback collection.
- Conduct research on HR best practices, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workplace culture and employee experience.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for working with people.
- Basic understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and organizational behavior.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous internship or project experience in HR is a plus.
