Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals to drive organizational success.
- Oversee end-to-end corporate services, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and retain top-tier professionals.
- Foster a high-performance culture through employee engagement programs, training, and leadership development.
- Manage HR policies, procedures, and internal communications to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR and corporate services with long-term business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and international best practices in HR management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic HR management, corporate services, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, compensation structures, and HR compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in implementing HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other digital HR solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cultural transformation and employee satisfaction initiatives.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
