Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires to meet staffing needs.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Coordinate performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Lead HR reporting and analytics to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover, and engagement metrics.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and align talent with business objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR supervision or management, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
