Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to support business growth.
- Manage payroll administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee work pass and visa applications for expatriate employees, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with immigration laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and performance management, with a focus on fairness and transparency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational development initiatives.
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong background in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Proven experience in managing work pass and visa applications for expatriate employees.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to HR management.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, with the ability to generate reports and analyze HR data.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
