Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for critical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide strategic guidance on hiring decisions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to enhance employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor junior recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on strategic talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling high-volume and specialized roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
