Responsibility
- Lead the automation of HR benefits processes, including system configuration and workflow optimization.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HR technology solutions and provide feedback for enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement digital tools for benefits administration.
- Analyze current HR processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
- Support employee inquiries related to benefits, policies, and HR systems.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track benefits utilization and process performance.
- Assist in training sessions for HR teams and employees on new systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or HRIS.
- Familiarity with HR automation tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in UAT or system testing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.
