Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement data-driven KPI frameworks aligned with company objectives and industry benchmarks.
- Lead the performance management process, including goal-setting, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms to enhance employee productivity.
- Develop and maintain compensation and incentive structures that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking to ensure fair and competitive remuneration across all roles.
- Analyze performance data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align performance metrics with business strategies and operational goals.
- Create and deliver training programs for managers and employees on performance management best practices.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of compensation and incentive programs, making adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in KPI development, performance management, or compensation & benefits, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, HRIS, BI tools) and statistical methods.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, job grading, and salary benchmarking methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Experience with HR software (e.g., Workday, SAP, BambooHR) and performance management systems.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and compensation regulations is highly desirable.
- Certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or SHRM-CP are a strong advantage.
