Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Bali and beyond.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for Alorica.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
