Note: This role is based in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung) with hybrid/on-site work arrangements available.
Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to foster a compliant and employee-friendly workplace.
- Manage office administration, including vendor relationships, facility maintenance, and workplace safety protocols.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR-related matters and conflict resolution.
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, including reporting, documentation, and audits.
- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and assisting with hiring logistics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration, office management, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll processes, and HR compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
