Responsibility
- Design and develop comprehensive training curricula tailored to the needs of our organization.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS) to deliver training content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Provide support and guidance to trainers and facilitators.
- Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and evolving business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or training.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Proficiency in e-learning tools and learning management systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
