Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for healthcare roles, ensuring alignment with client needs and cultural fit.
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract passive and active talent in niche healthcare specialties.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, refine position descriptions, and streamline hiring processes.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Leverage ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools to track candidate pipelines and maintain data integrity.
- Build and nurture a talent pool of qualified professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices in the healthcare sector.
- Provide a seamless candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and transparency throughout the hiring journey.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in healthcare, IT, or high-volume hiring environments.
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other creative talent acquisition methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a global team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
