Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end program management for HR integration during the Tech MNC merger, ensuring timely and compliant execution of all people-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define HR integration strategies, including workforce planning, organizational design, and cultural alignment.
- Oversee the consolidation of HR systems, policies, and processes, ensuring seamless transitions for employees across both organizations.
- Design and implement change management programs to support employee engagement, communication, and adoption of new HR practices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, IT) to address HR-related risks, dependencies, and compliance requirements during the merger.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure the success of HR integration efforts, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to optimize HR operations post-merger, including process automation, talent retention strategies, and diversity initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Masterâs degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR program management, with at least 3 years in a senior role leading complex HR transformations or mergers.
- Proven track record of managing HR integration projects in multinational corporations (MNCs) or fast-growing tech companies.
- Strong expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, and change management, with experience in post-merger integration.
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project).
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders across functions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Experience working in or with Southeast Asian markets is highly desirable.
