Responsibility
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates across various industries.
- Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other advanced tools to build targeted talent pools.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and career motivations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and refine job descriptions for maximum appeal.
- Maintain a CRM database with up-to-date candidate profiles and engagement history.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-hire metrics.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates to create a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to ensure PERSOL remains a market leader in recruitment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition (agency or corporate).
- Proven track record of sourcing high-caliber candidates for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to refine sourcing strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with SEA or APAC recruitment markets is a plus.
