Based in Denpasar, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster engagement, streamline processes, and maintain compliance with local labor laws. Whether you’re refining recruitment strategies, managing employee relations, or optimizing office administration, your work will directly contribute to our company’s success and growth in the FMCG sector.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention programs.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and candidate screening to onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and contract management.
- Lead performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans for staff.
- Handle general affairs duties, such as office administration, vendor negotiations, and facility management to support operational efficiency.
- Design and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills, productivity, and engagement.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with local labor regulations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and experience with payroll systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
