Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for all departments.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems to foster a productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, including payroll, benefits, and work permits.
  • Coordinate general affairs functions, including office administration, facility management, and vendor contracts.
  • Lead workplace safety and wellness initiatives in accordance with industry standards.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR practices with operational needs and business growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or seafood industry.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and labor law compliance in Indonesia.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations, including BPJS, tax, and expatriate work permits.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bali (preferably based in Badung or surrounding areas).
