Responsibility
- Assist in developing and executing employer branding strategies to attract medical and healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate and participate in outreach events, career fairs, and talent engagement activities.
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employee onboarding and retention programs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in medical sector hiring and compensation.
- Create and distribute engaging content (e.g., social media posts, newsletters) to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Assist in data entry and HR analytics to track recruitment metrics and performance.
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, including documentation and compliance tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for connecting with people.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and employer branding.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with social media platforms.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in the medical/healthcare industry is a plus.
- Ability to commit to a full-time, 6-month contract with potential for extension.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
