Join Erajaya as an HCBP Assistant Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our talent strategy in Bali. As a key member of our Human Capital team, you will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with company objectives, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent. Your analytical skills will drive data-informed decisions to optimize workforce fulfillment, reduce turnover, and enhance employee engagement across our Bali operations.

Based in one of Bali’s vibrant hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll collaborate with a diverse, high-performing team while enjoying the island’s unique work-life balance.

Responsibility

  • Monitor and analyze key OHI (Organizational Health Index) metrics, including talent mapping, workforce fulfillment, and turnover trends.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead talent acquisition and retention programs to ensure a high-performing workforce.
  • Conduct workforce planning and succession management to address current and future talent needs.
  • Design and deliver organizational development programs, including training, leadership development, and change management.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work culture.
  • Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for senior management on HR metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR policies, processes, and systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial or HCBP role.
  • Proven track record in talent management, organizational development, and workforce analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and adaptive mindset.
