Responsibility
- Source, screen, and recruit licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinical professionals for telehealth roles.
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidatesâ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Leverage ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools to streamline recruitment processes.
- Stay updated on telehealth trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates for future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in clinical recruitment, preferably in telehealth or healthcare.
- Strong understanding of medical licensing, credentialing, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with high-level candidates.
