Responsibility
- Develop and implement manpower planning strategies to meet organizational needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Build and enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing requirements and workforce gaps.
- Conduct HR analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness and employee retention.
- Assist in the development and execution of HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or employer branding.
- Strong understanding of manpower planning and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Passion for driving HR initiatives that support business growth.
