Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive B2G product training programs for sales teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and digital resources, tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Conduct interactive training sessions (in-person and virtual) to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and objection-handling skills.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, iterating programs for continuous improvement.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to sales professionals, addressing skill gaps and fostering career growth.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to gather insights on training needs and incorporate real-world scenarios into programs.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure training content remains relevant and competitive.
- Track and report on training outcomes, including participant progress, engagement levels, and business impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales training, preferably in B2B, B2G, or technology sectors.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs, with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Articulate 360).
- Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and adapt programs based on data.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Passion for coaching and developing sales teams, with a results-driven mindset.
