Responsibility
- Process and manage monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
- Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, attendance, leave balances, and personal information in the HRIS.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies in all payroll-related activities.
- Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and prepare reports for management.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing offer letters, onboarding documents, and employee communications.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure continuous improvement in HR processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP, or local Indonesian payroll systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus, with familiarity in using job portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
