As the Executive, Talent Acquisition, you will support the Talent Acquisition Manager in managing the full recruitment cycle for Retail Sales Operations positions. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement innovative recruitment strategies to build a high-performing team.

Responsibility
- Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle for Retail Sales Operations positions, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Develop and post engaging job descriptions to attract top talent.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments (e.g., phone screens, competency-based interviews).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment insights.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports on hiring metrics.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance CARiNG Pharmacy’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Prior internship or work experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter) is advantageous.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for people and a keen interest in building high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
