Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
- Manage HR administration, including payroll, benefits, and employee records.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and organizational culture.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to drive continuous improvement in HR practices.
- Support the company’s sustainability initiatives by promoting a culture of innovation and environmental responsibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and industrial relations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
