Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end L&D strategies to enhance employee capabilities and drive business performance.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives using data-driven metrics and feedback loops.
- Manage L&D operations, including vendor relationships, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting knowledge-sharing platforms and mentorship programs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in learning technologies and methodologies to ensure innovative and scalable solutions.
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and digital transformation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful training programs and capability development frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align diverse teams toward common goals.
- Proficiency in LMS (Learning Management Systems), e-learning tools, and data analytics for measuring training ROI.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English.
- Certifications in HR, L&D, or coaching (e.g., ATD, CIPD, SHRM) are highly desirable.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in learning methodologies.
