Responsibility
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational growth.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding, to attract and retain top talent.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution to foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, mitigating risks and promoting ethical workplace practices.
- Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives, including training programs, career development, and wellness activities.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance company culture, diversity, and inclusion efforts.
- Act as a change agent, supporting organizational transformations and driving employee communication strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or similar strategic role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with HR analytics tools is an advantage.
