Responsibility
- Coordinate and execute strategic people programs, including employee engagement initiatives, onboarding, and culture-building activities.
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve employee experience.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and report on the progress of HR initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by coordinating interviews, assessments, and hiring workflows.
- Facilitate communication between employees and HR, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by creating content and organizing events that showcase company culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, project coordination, or a similar role, preferably in a global or remote work environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in HR tools and software (e.g., HRIS, ATS, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
- Passion for employee experience, culture, and HR innovation.
- Experience with remote or distributed teams is a plus.
