Responsibility
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Administer and interpret psychological assessments to ensure cultural and role fit.
- Develop and implement organizational development strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
- Design and facilitate onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Analyze HR metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and organizational health.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the financial sector.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and organizational development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or organizational development.
- Proven experience in conducting psychological assessments and interpreting results.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment tools.
- Certification in HR or organizational development is a plus.
