Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on workforce planning and talent management.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives, performance management programs, and career development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in HR roles, with a strong background in employee relations and talent management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with HRIS and recruitment tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
