Responsibility
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates across multiple platforms.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present top talent to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring efficiency.
- Represent Dreame Technology at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media recruitment, and ATS management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
