Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Lead performance management processes, including appraisals and career development plans.
- Design and implement employee engagement and wellness programs.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational culture and values.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
