Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates for niche roles in the beauty retail sector.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tools to streamline recruitment processes and maintain accurate candidate databases.
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a proactive approach to recruitment.
- Enhance the employer brand through compelling job advertisements, social media engagement, and participation in industry events.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the retail, beauty, or FMCG industries.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in competitive markets.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.
- Proficiency in using ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, BambooHR) and HR analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
- Familiarity with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies is a plus.
