Responsibility
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Lead talent acquisition and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Drive employee engagement programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Provide guidance on performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
