Responsibility
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office facilities.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Organize and coordinate company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
- Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
