As a US Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and placing qualified healthcare professionalsâsuch as nurses, physicians, allied health workers, and administrative staffâinto roles across the United States. Responsibility
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, physicians, allied health workers) for US-based healthcare organizations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates through networking, job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting US healthcare staffing.
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline processes and track candidate progress.
- Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences by maintaining clear, professional, and timely communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably with a focus on US-based roles.
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare system, including roles, certifications, and licensing requirements.
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates through creative and strategic outreach methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Experience using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
