Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding, including orientation sessions and training programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and professional support.
- Organize and manage employee engagement activities, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented approach.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
