Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes for US and UK employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations
- Partner directly with the CHRO to develop and implement global HR strategies, policies, and initiatives
- Oversee employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS administration
- Drive employee engagement programs and enhance the overall employee experience across multiple regions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the US, UK, and Indonesia
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
- Maintain and update HR documentation, contracts, and employee records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or people operations, preferably in a global setting
- Strong knowledge of US and UK employment laws and payroll regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple time zones
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Experience working with international teams and diverse cultures
