Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Oversee HR administration, including payroll, benefits, and compliance with local labor regulations.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Handle employee relations, addressing conflicts and ensuring a harmonious work environment.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports for internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment and employee development.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
