Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for mining and corporate roles.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, salary benchmarks, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, headhunting) to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and potential.
  • Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in mining recruitment and labor market conditions to advise leadership on hiring strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent the company’s employer brand professionally at all times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a preference for candidates with mining, engineering, or heavy industry background.
  • Proven track record of successful talent acquisition in competitive markets, with a focus on technical or specialized roles.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and compliance requirements for hiring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
