Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals to drive workforce productivity and engagement.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, mitigating risks and maintaining ethical standards.
- Design and execute training programs to upskill employees and align their growth with organizational needs.
- Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, retention, satisfaction) and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and best practices in HR compliance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience implementing HRIS or other HR software to streamline processes.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
