As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and compliance practices that align with our business objectives. Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Lead the design and execution of HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices to ensure adherence to local and international labor laws.
- Drive talent acquisition and retention initiatives, including workforce planning, recruitment, and succession planning.
- Oversee employee engagement programs, performance management systems, and career development frameworks.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution in line with company values.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to standardize best practices and ensure alignment with corporate HR strategies.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR Business Partner or similar strategic role.
- Proven expertise in HR policy development, employee relations, talent management, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and experience working in a multinational environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior leadership on HR strategies and decisions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
